Dear Goodyear, I don't normally write reviews, but today I felt compelled to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible kindness and professionalism I experienced. I cannot overstate the level of expertise and care I received from David. In my 66 years of life, he is honestly the best mechanic I have ever dealt with, and I'm not exaggerating. From the moment I met him, his honesty, gentle manner, and professionalism immediately put me at ease. I had just come through an extremely stressful week dealing with unreliable workmanship from another mechanic, so when I brought my car in for what I thought was a simple wheel alignment to fix a roaring noise coming from my tires, I was anxious and discouraged. David not only performed the alignment, but he also took the initiative to investigate further and discovered that the noise was actually coming from a completely different issue. The car told me there was more than one low tire, so I didn’t want to use one of those gas station machines with “not long enough hoses”, so I went to Goodyear Tire & Auto. They cheerfully and promptly aired up all four tires at no cost. Friendly, professional staff.

Luke was phenomenal in helping me out. I was in a pinch needing to replace all 4 tires on my truck. The kaneohe shop didnt have any of the tires i wanted in stock. Plus the kaneohe shop said it would prob take at least 6-8hrs to get my truck done. I needed it within 4ish hours for some obligations i had. Spoke to luke on the phone. He said he had my tires in stock and told me he for sure would have it done within 4 hours. Drove from kaneohe to kailua. He had me in the system and my quote written up. Tires were done in approx 3 hours from drop off and they look superb. Didnt catch the name of the installers, but they did amazing as well. Mahalos luke and the team! Will be back with my wifes car soon.
